Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years of experience across major residential and mixed use regeneration projects with leading design, social value, safety and sustainability outputs. 

As a Development Director within Kier Property, Andrew is primarily focused on a series of major projects within the Solum JV with Network Rail, improving rail side transport facilities, alongside residential and mixed use regeneration.

Prior to joining Kier Andrew has led the delivery of significant new communities at East Wick and Sweetwater on London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and prior to this delivered over 2,000 homes and 8 different projects at Greenwich Peninsula.
