Mansi is a chartered sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience. She is widely experienced in developing low-carbon, climate-resilient options, and sustainable strategies, focusing on future-proofing and practical solutions on a local, regional and international scale. She is currently a Technical Director and Head of Sustainability at Pell Frischmann, leading on numerous Carbon and Net Zero highways and infrastructure projects, which includes the Liverpool LiveLabs 2 project where she spearheads the development of the pioneering Carbon Hierarchy Lens toolkit which includes the Pell Frischmann Configurator Tool, providing a user-friendly and intuitive approach for integrating whole-life carbon and cost considerations into Liverpool City Council's design and maintenance programmes.
Mansi’s substantial expertise in sustainability encompasses major infrastructure, transport-oriented, housing, and international development schemes. She is a UK Delegate to PIARC – World Road Association and has worked with a wide array of clients, offering effective professional advice and guidance on environmental and sustainability solutions. As a strong advocate for sustainable development, Mansi is excited to engage in the Interchange UK environment program. She looks forward to exploring how collaboration and early decision-making can lead to the successful implementation of innovative and sustainable schemes.
