Dr Ohis Ilalokhoin is engineering director at Cardinal Engineering and is responsible for leading large, complex infrastructure programmes across the UK and Overseas. He is also a Trustee Board member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Chairs it’s Learning Society committee with responsibility for driving the Institution’s strategic lifelong learning and its wider engineering knowledge programmes.
