James is Head of Decarbonisation and Innovation at EEH. He has spent the last decade working in a variety of roles spanning both public and private sector, focusing on mobility, innovation, carbon and sustainability. Collaboration and innovation will be central to the STBs’ success in supporting the transition to a Net-Zero transport system and James is looking forward to continuing to develop pan STB work and tools that delivers high quality outcomes for LTAs and the DfT.
