Don’t miss the inaugural STB conference on 26 May

It’s not too late to sign up for the inaugural STB conference, which takes place at the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham on 26 May 2022. The event brings together England’s family of seven Sub-National Transport Bodies (STBs), the organisations that fill the gap between national and local projects and provide a regional voice in the planning, prioritisation and delivery of transport investment.

The programme includes representation from every STB at the very highest level along with key stakeholders including National Highways, the Great British Railways Transition Team, East Midlands Airport, Rail Delivery Group, RAC Foundation, CIHT, CILT and industry suppliers and partners including the event sponsor bp pulse.

The event is free to attend and includes a supporting exhibition. It is designed to raise awareness of how the STBs can help accelerate change in delivering on national imperatives including decarbonisation and levelling up, while positioning transport as an enabler for national economic, environmental and social goals.

It will be a great opportunity for the STBs, project partners and stakeholders to outline the power of their joined-up thinking on transport infrastructure and for you to understand the opportunities this represents.

And the day concludes with an informal drinks reception to celebrate the official launch of the very exciting Interchange

The venue is capped at 750 and we are close to be full, but if you’d like to apply for a free place at what will be a fantastic day please click here
