Implementing the NIC Design Principles and establishing board-level project Design Champions

Over the past few months, the NIC Design Group has partnered with 10 institutions (the Design Council, MPA, Landscape Institute, IAM, PINS, RIBA, GIIA, ICE, IPA, CIC) to host a series of round tables to support the implementation of the NIC Design Principles (climate, people, places, value) and NIC’s recommendation that that every nationally significant infrastructure project has a board-level Design Champion supported by a design panel. This session distills the findings.
